Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer units using provided monitoring equipment
- Safely load/unload perishable goods using company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and sanitize storage areas using provided cleaning tools
- Operate inventory management systems with provided handheld scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Document temperature logs and inventory reports using provided tablets
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (company vehicles provided for deliveries)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided mechanical aids
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
