Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Verify product quantities and quality control standards before dispatch
- Operate packing equipment safely and efficiently (wrapping machines, scales, etc.)
- Maintain organized inventory storage and assist with cycle counts
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
