Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with specialized cold-weather attachments
- Inspect and organize inventory using our digital tracking system
- Sanitize equipment and storage spaces following HACCP protocols
- Load/unload temperature-controlled vehicles using provided hydraulic equipment
- Document inventory movements in real-time via our tablet-based system
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP/SQF)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to our Bayshore facility
