Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage systems and monitor temperature/humidity levels
- Safely load/unload frozen and refrigerated products using company-provided equipment
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing inventory
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols in cold environments
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F (-18 to 4°C) environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Lincoln facility
