Responsibilities
- Safely operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring systems
- Maintain optimal storage conditions (-10°F to 40°F) for perishable goods
- Execute inventory management and stock rotation protocols
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and FDA safety standards
- Perform equipment sanitation and facility maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient logistics operations
- Document temperature logs and inventory data accurately
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
