Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products throughout the facility
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems with meticulous accuracy and real-time tracking
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations for high-value shipments with zero-tolerance errors
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize warehouse workflows
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Train junior staff on advanced material handling techniques

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume warehousing operations
- Valid forklift certification and proven equipment proficiency
- Expertise in inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong mathematical skills for precise inventory calculations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in physically demanding conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
