Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage systems and temperature-controlled equipment
- Monitor and document warehouse temperature/humidity levels
- Safely load/unload perishable goods using provided mechanical aids
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance checks
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance protocols
- Maintain organized inventory in frozen/dry zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic equipment operation skills (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Background check clearance required
