- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment

- Coordinate with logistics team to optimize inventory flow and minimize errors
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Generate daily reports on productivity, inventory levels, and safety metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or team leadership experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- OSHA safety training certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
