- Maintain precise inventory control and documentation within -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload refrigerated trailers
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance standards for food safety
- Coordinate with remote team members via digital tracking systems
- Conduct routine quality checks on perishable goods
- Assist in monthly equipment maintenance and calibration
- Train on-site staff on cold storage protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in cold storage or warehouse operations
