Responsibilities
- Safely operate refrigerated storage equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (provided)
- Monitor and document warehouse temperatures using digital systems
- Inspect and maintain cold storage facilities for compliance with health standards
- Manage inventory rotation and FIFO protocols in refrigerated zones
- Collaborate with team to optimize loading/unloading of temperature-sensitive goods
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for cold environment operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to undergo paid equipment training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper techniques
- Valid government-issued photo ID
