Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Perform quality checks and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow and meet KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct routine equipment inspections
- Support inventory reconciliation and cycle count processes
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to day-shift supervisors
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the 12 AM - 8 AM shift schedule
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
