Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature records in refrigerated/freezer zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload pallets of food products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas per FDA guidelines
- Operate automated inventory management systems
- Collaborate with team during peak season rush periods
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Blvd facility
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
