Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Operate packaging equipment (e.g., tape dispensers, box sealers) safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing packages to ensure compliance with standards
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory areas for optimal workflow
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for WMS data entry
