Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and manage product flow in 35°F-40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring systems
- Organize inventory using FIFO methods and digital tracking systems
- Maintain sanitation standards across all storage areas and equipment
- Conduct quality checks and document temperature logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 35°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability across multiple shifts (early morning/evenings/weekends)
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training provided)
