- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in cold storage facilities
- Inspect, load, and unload refrigerated products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Conduct routine inventory checks and documentation
- Operate cold storage equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all storage areas
- Collaborate with team members on receiving and shipping processes
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
