Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts in compliance with company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality targets
- Package and label products with precision to prevent damage during transit
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
