Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload temperature-controlled shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Monitor and maintain optimal refrigeration conditions (-10°F to 40°F)
- Conduct inventory audits using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all operations
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends based on operational needs
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
