Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal refrigerated/frozen storage temperatures
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Execute inventory audits using WMS technology
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas per FDA guidelines
- Operate automated sorting systems with precision
- Document temperature logs and quality control reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0°F to -20°F environments for extended periods
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail in quality control processes
- Flexible availability to cover varying shift schedules
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (training provided)
