Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records in temperature-controlled zones
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols (HACCP standards)
- Operate warehouse equipment and monitor cold storage conditions
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 34-38°F environments for extended periods
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
