Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring equipment
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks following FIFO procedures
- Monitor storage conditions and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols in 0-40°F environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (0-40°F) for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
