Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated refrigerated and frozen zones.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity and temperature compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and contamination.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in a cold environment (temperatures ranging from 30°F to 40°F).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
