Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer environments
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct inventory audits and stock rotation
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Collaborate with team on efficient warehouse operations
- Complete daily sanitation and cleaning tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (0°F to -20°F)
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Park Way
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
