Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer units
- Inspect and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely
- Document storage conditions and inventory movements
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team on loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
