Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and organize inventory in cold storage facilities (0°F to 40°F)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Operate temperature monitoring equipment
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
- Report maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in refrigerated environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
