Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to priority schedules and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and reconciliation
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipping
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 6+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
