Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient product movement
- Inspect and sanitize storage facilities to meet FDA standards
- Manage inventory rotation using FIFO protocols
- Document temperature logs and safety compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics
- Respond to emergency temperature fluctuations promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid California driver's license
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
