Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets of temperature-sensitive products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor and record temperatures within the storage facility to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Organize inventory in designated racking systems to maximize space utilization.
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment and work areas.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (30°F and below).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage facility is preferred.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Valid forklift certification (if required).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
