Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain inventory flow
- Operate forklifts and cold storage equipment safely
- Monitor and document temperature conditions in storage units
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods
- Maintain sanitation and safety protocols in cold environments
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory audits and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in temperatures 0-40°F for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Pass background check and drug screening
