Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts to ensure precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations and meet deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized work environment
- Support loading/unloading of trucks and coordinate with shipping/receiving teams
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued photo ID (no background check required)
- Reliable transportation to our Omaha facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
