Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (0°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload shipments while maintaining strict temperature protocols
- Inspect and sanitize equipment and storage areas daily
- Inventory management using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Hawaii driver's license
- Comfort working in cold temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
