Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for inventory movement
- Inspect and document product quality upon receipt
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Rotate stock using FIFO methods
- Perform routine sanitation of equipment and facilities
- Assist with inventory audits using RF scanners
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Comfortable working in sub-zero environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 456 Refrigeration Way
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (days/nights)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
