Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer units
- Inspect and organize inventory using FIFO methods in cold environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Sanitize equipment and facilities using industrial cleaning protocols
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to OSHA and food safety regulations (HACCP)
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F (-23°C)
- Valid California driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Basic math and inventory documentation skills
- Physical stamina for standing/lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to South SF facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
