Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain inventory accuracy
- Monitor and record temperature levels in cold storage zones
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Adhere to HACCP and food safety protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (refrigerated/frozen environments)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
