Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision for same-day shipping
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA safety protocols
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs and deadlines
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Uphold company standards for quality control and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to the Commerce Street location
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided
- Commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
