Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) using digital monitoring systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload refrigerated trucks
- Inspect products for quality compliance and document inventory movements
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all warehouse activities
- Perform routine sanitation procedures and equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with team members to optimize storage space and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass company certification)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in sub-zero temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
