Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning and documentation in WMS systems
- Organize and maintain warehouse zones for optimal space utilization
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outbound materials per SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput goals
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Operate warehouse equipment including RF scanners and conveyors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with WMS/RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
