Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain precise temperature controls (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Conduct inventory counts using RF scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate automated storage retrieval systems (AS/RS)
- Perform routine sanitation of storage areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
