Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold environments
- Inspect and document product quality/temperature compliance
- Load/unload shipments following FIFO protocols
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/cold storage experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation with flexible availability
