Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Maintain organized and clean workstations according to safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (provided) including forklifts and conveyors
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
