Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain organized inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature-monitoring equipment safely
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Adhere to strict sanitation and HACCP compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records via digital tracking systems
- Participate in 24/7 rotational shift coverage including weekends
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid state ID or driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to flexible shift schedule
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
