Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using handheld scanners and inventory systems
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment including box sealers and label printers
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Update inventory records in warehouse management systems
- Participate in regular team meetings for process improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
