Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature zones (-20°F to 40°F) for perishable goods
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment
- Pick, pack, and ship frozen/dry goods with precision
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts using RF scanners
- Sanitize workstations and equipment daily
- Assist in loading/unloading refrigerated trucks
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
