Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in -10°F to 40°F zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts with proper safety protocols
- Monitor temperature logs and report equipment malfunctions
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and quality compliance
- Maintain strict sanitation standards for food safety
- Rotate stock using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) system
- Complete inventory counts and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (40°F or below) for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
