Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate stock records through inventory management systems
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Support receiving and shipping processes with precision and timeliness
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
