Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature levels in refrigerated zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and organize inventory in cold storage facilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in cold environments
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Document inventory movements using WMS systems
- Perform sanitation duties following USDA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/cold storage experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
