Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient inventory movement
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods using digital scanners
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Manage FIFO inventory rotation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics
- Complete daily inspection reports via tablet interfaces
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Comfortable working in refrigerated environments
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
