Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight from trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect goods for damage and document discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled facilities
- Operate warehouse machinery per OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Follow FIFO protocols and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in cold environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- 1+ year warehouse experience preferred
