Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and manage inventory in 32-40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring systems
- Maintain strict HACCP compliance and sanitation protocols
- Perform quality inspections and report inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
- Document temperature logs and maintain accurate shipping/receiving records
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards in all cold storage procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in 32-40°F environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and food safety knowledge
