Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for product storage/retrieval
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive shipments
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas daily
- Document temperature logs and inventory reports
Qualifications
- Ability to work in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Basic forklift certification or willingness to obtain
