Responsibilities
- Unload and load refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize and store products in designated cold storage zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Monitor and document temperature levels using digital sensors
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using FIFO methods
- Adhere to HACCP protocols and safety guidelines
- Operate cold room doors and dock equipment
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures below 40°F for extended periods
- Basic forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for immediate start
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
